About

Graduate of a bachelor’s degree and a clinical master’s degree in sexology, I accompany people individually, in couples and in polycules in the exploration of their relational, emotional and sexual experience. My practice is part of a humanistic-existential and systemic perspective, where the therapeutic relationship occupies a central place. It is also inspired by gestalt and somatic approaches, which give particular importance to lived experience, emotions and bodily feelings. Through a caring and collaborative approach, I support awareness, promote a better understanding of oneself and accompany people towards fulfilling sexual and relational health.

I help clients with emotional and relationship issues (communication, non-monogamous consensual relationships and polyamory), issues related to gender identity and sexual orientation (trans and non-binary identities, spectrum of asexuality, queer diversity), as well as the plurality of sexual experiences and practices (BDSM, sex work, chemsex, etc.).

Finally, I see change not as the search for a perfect balance, but rather as the development of greater flexibility in the face of life’s challenges. I believe that a better understanding of what influences, touches or destabilizes us allows us to respond to our needs with greater awareness, freedom and coherence.
