My clinical approach is part of a humanistic and relational, trauma-sensitive, feminist and intersectional perspective. I particularly orient my work towards the accompaniment of couples, taking into account both individual experiences and the relational dynamics in which the difficulties experienced are inscribed. I adopt a systemic understanding of marital issues, paying attention to the interactions, modes of communication, power relations, and social and cultural contexts that influence the emotional and sexual lives of partners. My interventions aim to promote a safe space, conducive to the expression of needs, the validation of experiences and the co-construction of satisfactory relational modes.
I also support couples facing different relationship and sexual challenges, such as differences in desire between partners, communication difficulties or the consequences of infidelity. I support partners in negotiating and redefining the status of their relationship, whether it is monogamy, open relationship or polyamory, by promoting respectful exchanges that are aligned with each other’s needs and limits. My support can also focus on various sexual difficulties (ejaculation, erection, vaginismus, pain during penetration, etc.). I also welcome couples who are going through periods of transition or change and who wish to preserve, strengthen or restore their relational and intimate balance.
