Catherine Brisebois, sexologist, B.A.

Graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sexology, as well as a member of the Order of Sexologists, my career began in a high school where listening and support were offered to students who desired it. It is also in this environment that I strengthened my passion for sexuality education among young adolescents. I have developed a great sensitivity to adolescent realities and an in-depth knowledge of their psychosexual development.

I offer compassionate listening and an approach that promotes reclaiming power over one’s experiences. I create a non-judgmental space where the individual is the expert of their own experiences. This space allows the individual to find meaning in their own thoughts and emotions to foster a better understanding of oneself, all within a feminist and humanistic perspective.

Sarah Filion, sexologist, B.A.

I am a strong believer in the power of counseling to improve or maintain good sexual health. My studies in a bachelor’s degree in sexology led me to become a passionate and committed sexologist. I have developed a keen sensitivity to the challenges faced by marginalized and more vulnerable populations, including LGBTQ+ and ethnocultural communities, individuals with disabilities, and victims of emotional and sexual violence.

My work experience has also involved working with young children and adolescents, giving me a good understanding of psychosexual development, and sexuality education is one of my passions!

I approach my work with a caring, empathetic, and intuitive attitude. I am open-minded and advocate for feminist, anti-oppressive, and humanistic approaches. Through my interventions, I aim for empowerment, reclaiming control over one’s sexuality, and understanding the individual’s reality, all while respecting their pace and capacities.

Frank Renaud M.A.

Specialized in couple’s therapy since the beginning of his practice, he is appreciated for his frankness and capacity to put clients at ease with very difficult conversations about sex and relationship issues. He helps clients reach new heights in their sexuality and increase sexual satisfaction.

He creates a collaborative alliance between partners so that each individual can take responsibility for their actions and intentions about sexual difficulties. Relationship issues are a great opportunity to discover your couple’s and individual’s full potential and Frank will guide you towards that goal.

Claudia Savignac Caron M.A

I graduated from a bachelor degree in psychology and sexology and I also have a Master’s degree in clinical sexology from the Université du Québec à Montréal, I am ready to work with you towards the improvement of your relational and sexual health. I have done therapy with adult clients from various backgrounds and showing various difficulties.

I specialize in the humanistic-existential and cognitive-behavioral models. I aim to help my clients in getting a better reflexive and emotional understanding of their experience, thus letting them obtain more agency to act in spite of difficulties they may encounter.

I am a member of the Ordre professionnel des sexologues du Québec (201707-030), I have a certificate proving I am apt to evaluate sexual disorders and I have a psychotherapist licence from the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (61785-17).
