Creating and giving sexual education programs by a sexologist

The program on sexual education allow students to gain the right information on sexuality in the objective of having a safer and more satisfying sex life. The format, the length and type of activities can change according to the clientele and subjects that are chosen. They can range from discussions, to debates to formal and informal expositions or even role play. These different types of activities allow to truly integrate the information and reflect on ones sexual values and information.

Subjects for Sexual Education

Our team covers all the subjects outlined in the sexual education program of the Ministry of Education.

For an overview of the program:

Students are required to receive between 5 and 15 hours of sexual education per year, which will enable them to:

Better understand sexuality;
Know themselves better;
Reflect on issues such as messages about sexuality in the public space, sexual stereotypes, and the use of social networks;
Be less vulnerable to certain issues such as:
- Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and bloodborne infections;
- Discrimination based on sexual and gender diversity;
- Sexual assault;
- Unplanned pregnancies;
Develop attitudes and skills that will be useful to them now and in the future (respect for diversity, self-awareness and affirmation, conflict resolution).
