“Love or victory? How to choose the link without betraying yourself”
Be right or have a nice evening? The couples’ silent dilemma In all couples, there is that moment
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a clinical master’s candidate in sexology, I intervene both individually and as a couple by mobilizing systemic and cognitive-behavioral approaches (CBT). My work is based on both the understanding of relational dynamics and the exploration of the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that influence the experience.
Throughout my career in helping relationships, I have accompanied a varied clientele, ranging from teenagers to adults. In particular, I have developed a particular experience with women as well as with people living with eating disorders.
I am also interested in couples therapy who want to better understand the dynamics that play out in their relationship and regain a sense of connection. I offer a space to explore each other’s needs in order to foster better mutual understanding as well as better communication to face the challenges of the relationship. If you are looking to improve the quality of your sexuality, find a similar desire or better manage conflicts, I can accompany you through this process.
In psychotherapy, I pay particular attention to the interactions between the person and his or her environment, while supporting the development of concrete tools to promote lasting change. I seek to offer a safe environment where it is possible to explore one’s vulnerabilities without judgment. I see therapy as a collaborative space, where rhythm and goals are defined jointly. My intention is to accompany each person with sensitivity and respect, taking into account the uniqueness of their reality.
