“Love or victory? How to choose the link without betraying yourself”
Be right or have a nice evening? The couples’ silent dilemma In all couples, there is that moment
Renaud Le Gall has been a psychologist and sexologist for 24 years. In addition to his Master’s degree in clinical psychology and a university degree in behavioral and cognitive therapies, he trained in sexology, particularly through the Sexocorporal approach. Currently, he is an accredited trainer in Europe and Canada, a teacher at the University Diploma in Sexology in Nantes (France), holder of a sexologist’s permit issued by the Ordre Professionnel des Sexologues du Québec (OPSQ) and holder of a psychologist’s permit issued by the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ).
Passionate about sexology and the sexual health of men, women and couples, regardless of their sexual orientations, he considers that sexuality and erotic skills are not innate, but require learning that we explore throughout life.
Sexuality involves our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and our bodies in general. All these parameters influence, develop and harmonize each other to experience pleasure in one’s sexuality.
Temporarily or lastingly, certain personal or couple sexual difficulties can emerge, then weaken the man or woman in their self-confidence.
Through an integrative approach focused on understanding and concrete solutions, Renaud Le Gall adapts his professional practice to each person, ensuring a good therapeutic alliance.
