Holder of a bachelor’s degree in sexology, I am currently pursuing a clinical master’s degree in sexology. My practice is based on an understanding of the subjective experience of clients and on the exploration of the various factors that can influence sexual and relationship difficulties. I aim to support individual well-being by putting in place means to promote the restoration or maintenance of sexual health through cognitive-behavioural and systemic approaches.
My internship experiences, with teenagers and adults, have allowed me to develop a sensitivity to a variety of problems and issues. I am particularly interested in transitions that can have an impact on sex life, such as the arrival of a child, menopause, separation, etc. I can also accompany you in your questions related to sexual orientation as well as to the relational or sexual level, such as the diversity of eroticisms or non-monogamous relational configurations.
More specifically, in a couple therapy context, I accompany partners in the exploration of their issues while supporting the affirmation of each in a respectful and caring setting. The needs and desires of the partners can be explored in order to achieve the desired balance.
I am committed to providing a safe, open and cooperative space where self-expression is encouraged. By adopting a non-judgmental approach, I take into account the unique experience of each person in order to highlight their strengths and resources, in order to promote their development.
