Speciality of group supervision
This approach is known for working on emotional fusion and the level of differentiation of partners. We explore the interaction between the members of the couple to get them to self-confront and take responsibility in the diet of dynamics creating marital difficulties.
Supervision participants are invited to confront their own insecurities about discussing difficult topics with couples in therapy. We explore the level of differentiation of the therapist in the face of their clientele and the impact this engenders in the alliance between the therapist and the couple.
You are invited to follow the 10-hour ONLINE training course addressing the concepts of the approach. However, this is not a prerequisite.
