I am a sexologist and a member of the Ordre Professionnel des Sexologues du Québec. Motivated and dynamic, I am passionate about my work and always eager to acquire new knowledge. I have had the privilege of working with mental health clients, including people with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, and addiction issues. I also trained in couples coaching, which greatly enriches my understanding of relationship dynamics. My main areas of interest include sexual health and romantic relationships.
I also teach courses on counseling, sexuality and professional ethics in two massage therapy schools. This experience enriches every encounter with my sexology clients, allowing me to explain things clearly and help you navigate your own experiences with understanding and respect.
My working method is characterized by a direct and objective approach. I always aim to achieve the goals set with my clients by addressing sensitive topics directly, which is essential for tangible and rapid progress. I adapt quickly and efficiently to the specific needs of each client, guaranteeing a personalized and relevant intervention.
I am passionate about couple dynamics and improving conflict management. The issues related to communication within relationships particularly captivate me, convinced that effective communication tools are essential to solve many relationship problems.
Developing a strong bond of trust is essential in my approach. I particularly encourage teamwork and open-mindedness. I firmly believe that the client is the specialist in his situation and that my role is to accompany him in a wellness process using personalized, appropriate and effective tools. Understanding and attentive, my main objective is to help customers and give them confidence.
