My practice has particularly developed around working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people in non-monogamous relationship configurations, and people who wish to reflect on the ways they love, form connections, and experience their sexuality. I also support people through their journeys involving surrogacy, as well as with various issues related to perinatality, parenthood, and changes in intimacy. I also work with people who have questions or concerns related to sexuality, relationships, intimacy, identity, and parenthood.<\/p>\n
In my practice, I favor a feminist and humanistic approach, where curiosity, openness, and a non-judgmental attitude are central. I believe that a therapeutic space should allow people to be fully themselves, without having to conform to a predefined model of sexuality, relationships, family, or parenthood.<\/p>\n
My role is not to tell you how to live your sexuality or your relationships. It is to support you in better understanding what you are experiencing, putting words to your needs, sorting through what you are carrying, and reclaiming your ability to act in ways that align with who you are.<\/p>\n

My professional journey began in the community sector, working with young mothers experiencing a variety of circumstances, as well as with their children. This experience allowed me to develop particular expertise in perinatality and in working with young women. I also have experience in sexuality education, having facilitated workshops for adolescents as well as training sessions for various audiences. My interest in making complex topics accessible has also led me to write articles on sexuality and sexual well-being for various organizations and clinics.<\/p>\n
