Holding a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology and currently a candidate in a clinical Master\u2019s program in Sexology, I provide therapy to individuals and couples using systemic (Sexual crucible)<\/strong>\u00a0and cognitive-behavioral<\/strong> (CBT) approaches. My work is grounded in understanding relational dynamics as well as exploring the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that shape lived experience.<\/p>\n

Throughout my background in helping relationships, I have worked with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults. I have developed particular experience working with women and with individuals living with eating disorders.<\/p>\n

I am also interested in working with couples<\/strong> who wish to better understand the dynamics at play in their relationship and reconnect with a sense of closeness. I offer a space where partners can explore each other\u2019s needs in order to foster greater mutual understanding and improve communication<\/strong> when facing relationship challenges.<\/p>\n

In psychotherapy, I pay close attention to the interactions between the individual and their environment, while supporting the development of concrete tools that foster sustainable change<\/strong>. I strive to offer a safe space where vulnerabilities can be explored without judgment. I view therapy as a collaborative process<\/strong> in which pace and goals are defined jointly. My intention is to support each person with sensitivity and respect, taking into account the uniqueness of their reality.<\/p>\n
