Holding a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Sexology, I am currently pursuing a clinical Master\u2019s degree in Sexology. My practice is grounded in an understanding of clients\u2019 subjective experiences and in exploring the various factors that may influence sexual and relational difficulties. I aim to support individual well-being by implementing strategies that promote the restoration or maintenance of sexual health through cognitive-behavioral and systemic approaches.<\/p>\n

My internship experiences with adolescents<\/strong> and adults<\/strong> have allowed me to develop sensitivity to a wide range of issues and challenges. I am particularly interested in life transitions that may impact sexual life, such as the arrival of a child, menopause, separation<\/strong>, and others. I can also support you in exploring questions related to sexual orientation<\/strong> as well as relational or sexual concerns, including diverse erotic expressions and non-monogamous relationship configurations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

More specifically, in the context of couples therapy<\/strong>, I guide partners in exploring their challenges while supporting each individual\u2019s self-assertion within a respectful and compassionate framework. Partners\u2019 needs and desires can be explored in order to achieve the balance they are seeking.<\/p>\n

I am committed to offering a safe, open, and collaborative space where self-expression is encouraged<\/strong>. By adopting a nonjudgmental approach, I take into account each person\u2019s unique lived experience, highlighting their strengths and resources in order to foster personal growth and fulfillment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
