C-26, r. 222.1.4);<\/li><li style=\"padding:10px 0;border-bottom:1px solid rgba(31,31,31,.10);\">An Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (CQLR, c. P-39.1).<\/li><\/ul><p>As sexologists, psychotherapists and self-employed workers, each of our sexologists and sexologist psychotherapists will now have the following responsibilities within the clinic regarding their clientele:<\/p><ul style=\"margin:0 0 16px;padding:0;list-style:none;\"><li style=\"padding:10px 0;border-bottom:1px solid rgba(31,31,31,.10);\">Respond to requests relating to personal information (e.g., access, rectification, transfer of dissemination, etc.)<\/li><li style=\"padding:10px 0;border-bottom:1px solid rgba(31,31,31,.10);\">Implement governance rules relating to personal information<\/li><li style=\"padding:10px 0;border-bottom:1px solid rgba(31,31,31,.10);\">Notify the Commission d&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;information of any confidentiality incident involving personal information<\/li><li style=\"padding:10px 0;border-bottom:1px solid rgba(31,31,31,.10);\">Keep a record of confidentiality incidents involving personal information<\/li><\/ul><p>For any additional information, please contact your sexologist or psychotherapist directly. These emails are also forwarded to the assigned sexologist (psychotherapist) once an appointment is confirmed by phone or email.
